I am interested in sharing my story of parental alienation, where for the past 6 years I have been erased from the lives of my 4 children based on lies and false accusations as part of my ex's Silver Bullet scheme. I've lost everything and still have not recovered. Please consider inviting me on to share. Thank you.

People don’t believe it can happen. I have a video of an assistant DA teaching Family Lawyers how to use the Silver Bullet to get what the want in a divorce. So sorry this happened to you. Here is our son’s story https://theeleaseproject.org/john-davids-story/

I would like to share my experience. I spent 7 years from 2012 to 2019 in three courts across 2 states but finally got equal shared parenting time with my 2 sons.

Congrats on getting equal parenting time and being in your sons' lives. But sorry it took half of your kids' childhood to make it happen.

Thanks for your kind words. I still lament the big piece of their childhood that we lost, but fortunately kids are resilient and constantly changing and growing. Now that we've been back to equal time over the last four years we have regained a lot of ground. Unless there is verified neglect or abuse, the rebuttal presumption of equal shared parenting should be the law of the land in all fifty states. Kids need both parents.

That’s great do you still have 50/50? I finally got 50/50 awhile back and when I did she gave me to me full time, as she only wanted them to hurt me

Wait...that's an interesting story. So you got 50/50 custody. And that was such a horrible outcome for the mother that she quit parenting entirely?

Yes, thankfully my kids have had equal time with both of their parents for the past 4 years since the summer of 2019. I'm sorry your kids' mom has seen your situation as a loss. People have to understand it's not about the adults, it's about the kids and what they need. Sounds like your kids are in the best possible situation with you though. Best wishes for you all.

I've been following you for some time and I would love to join you on the show. Please let me know if you would like me to have a discussion about my novel HALF THE CHILD, a fictional story about a loving and devoted dad who fights to find his young son after his mother abducts him overseas. And I can speak about the tremendous problems we encountered in trying to publish it. There's much more at the HALF THE CHILD website, which also has an email function to contact me. I'm looking forward to chatting!

My story in a nutshell.. I blew my marriage by striving to provide my Family with more! My Ex is now (8 yrs later) using that same narrative to cast me in an unfavorable light to our children.. to no avail. Except for numerous court appearances and even being jailed.

I'm interested in sharing my story. I went through a custody battle for 2.5 years. It's had a major impact on my family. I spent thousands of dollars just to have my son back. Thanks for this amazing opportunity. I'd love to come on the show to share. Thanks Eric.

I would love to be a guest. I have been in this world 2018- today. I am pro Se and got more done in 5 months representing me, than 5 years paying attorneys to barely represent me. Since Feb, my 16 year old now lives with me 100% and I have a hearing this coming Wednesday (and final jury trial in Oct) where hopefully her 12 year old sister can join her here. I am in Williamson County, case is in Travis County TX

I just saw this. You gave a jury trial on child custody? A jury decides that? Or am I misinterpreting? Curious to know more about how that works. Good luck to you and your kids.

What up Eric. Very long time listener here. I have had the dubious honor of living through probably one of the craziest custody battles ever seen by man. In fact, the last CPS worker i was investigated by told me that this was the worst case she had seen in her 20 year career. I finally won my case just short of where Father's like John Mast ended up.

I have been accused in open court of making my daughter eat out of a dog's dish on the floor, keeping poisonous reptiles as pets, and being a bank robber living under an assumed name(I'm not joking). My ex accused me of having a home infested with human flesh eating beetles, I was constantly stalked and having photos taken through the windows of my home. it was like living in a bad lifetime movie.

I currently have defeated 4 unfounded CPS reports, at least 6 Emergency PFAs, 2 criminal allegations of child rape, 3 emergency custody hearings and have had the local police at my home so often that I know them all on a first name basis.

I turned this shit absolutely AROUND through perseverance, doing my homework, and NEVER EVER giving up. When I was done, I was being offered full custody by the court, but refused to seperate my daughter from her Mom as long as mom provided a safe environment. I wasn't going to turn into the monster she was saying I was.

I've been left with a diagnosis of Complex PTSD from nearly 10 years of fighting, and my therapy has become trying to be there for other Dads who are going through it so they don't fall down the same rabbit hole I almost did.

Would be an honor to talk to you, and your audience.

Glad you persevered. Congrats. It's just sad that in order to have a "victory" you also have to get PTSD from the experience. But I guess that's better than disappearing from your kid's life.

I would like to be interviewed. My son's mom tried to take me out by making false allegations of domestic abuse and child abuse. I was facing a 15 year prison sentence for crimes I didn't commit. I was arrested and jailed. After the arraignment I was place on house arrest and GPS monitoring for 9 months while I fought the bogus charges. I'm now suing her for malicious prosecution, abuse of process, false arrest, and intentional infliction of emotional harm.

Congrats to you for taking the step of suing the mother for false arrest. A similar thing happened to me and the criminal charges were dismissed. I wanted to sue the mother but my criminal lawyer told me there was virtually no chance of success on that. And so I interviewed several civil attorneys and they all said the same thing. So I never moved forward on that. But I am glad you are and I wish you success. Keep us posted if you can.

I thought Father’s Day Podcast was great! So many dads getting their story out there. I shared all the parts.

There are others with more extreme situations than mine but if sharing my story can help, I’d love to help. Only thing is I have trial at the end of the month so I probably shouldn’t go on before that. Thanks for all you do man!
